Artist Biography and Experience

Artist Statement

My practice sits at the intersection of costume, fashion, and scenography — an exploration of how clothing shapes identity, narrative, and cultural memory. I approach each project as both designer and storyteller, constructing environments and garments that bridge the theatrical and the tactile. Whether building a wardrobe for the stage, curating an immersive installation, or teaching sustainable design, my work seeks to reveal the quiet systems of craft and care that underpin performance. Through historical research, material experimentation, and collaboration, I trace the threads connecting couture and community, tradition and innovation.
